Maya Singh – Director of Strategy & Organizational Design
Maya focuses on how new technology fits into existing organizations. She maps stakeholders, roles, and workflows, then designs operating models and change plans so projects have clear owners, decision paths, and support structures. Her background spans management consulting and in‑house transformation teams.
Leo Martinez – Head of Technology & Architecture
Leo leads the technical side of CKC’s work. He helps clients choose platforms, design solution and systems architectures, and plan integrations with their current stacks. His experience covers cloud-native systems, data platforms, and applied AI, with a strong bias toward solutions that are secure, maintainable, and realistic to deliver.
Amira Chen – Lead Experience & Interaction Designer
Amira designs the human layer of CKC projects: interfaces, flows, and interactive moments that make tools understandable and useful. She specializes in immersive and interactive experiences, including training, simulations, and gamified journeys for staff and customers.
Jordan Blake – Delivery & Partnerships Lead
Jordan makes sure good plans turn into shipped work. He coordinates pilots and projects, keeps internal teams and external vendors aligned, and tracks progress against agreed outcomes. Before joining CKC, he led delivery teams in digital agencies and enterprise product groups.
